unlock 2500+ confusion

I know theres several other threads on the forums about this... Some say you have to close the last L3 bridge to unlock all the multipliers.... some say you gotta close all the L1 bridges to unlock the multipliers... WHICH ONE IS IT!?.. And what do i close to unlock a xp 2200+ cpu?

Assuming you have one of the new locked Athlons, there is no bridge you can open or close (so far) that would unlock the CPU multiplier.
