new rad, how should I cool

so I pulled the ac core out of my friends car before we had it hawled to the junkyard to add to my Dtek 120mm rad. The core has quite a bit more surface area than my 120 and so my friend had a theory

would it be better to cool such a core by 1 120mm fan centered on it or 4 60mm fans?

while I'm here, could someone give me a good link or just tell me a good way to make a shrowd for both the core and my 120 Dtek?

A good 120mm fan will have as much airflow as 4 60mm's while maintaining lower noise. Personaly, I like this fan: http://www.dtekcustoms.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=54

Then just make a shroud for it, and your set.
