I having treble with playing halo on over clocked system .
the game wood lock up. could the video setings in the game wood cause that . like the shadows on high , detail texturs on high, dyamic lighting on high . :bang head

If it doesn't lock up when the system is not overclocked (did you try it that way?), then you have an unstable overclock, and are pushing your hardware too hard. What did you do for stability testing?

yes i did test in prime ( 95 .

try running 3dmark in a loop. Does the system crash then?

You must test yourself if its unlocked or not, try to change the multiplier to anything else than x11 in the BIOS, and see if it boots at a different speed, if it boots at the same 166x11 or doesn't boot at all, 99.9% you're looking at a locked CPU, if it does boot at a different speed, then your CPU is unlocked.
