Well, I got my Celeron II 600 from my brother for a trade for the Celeron II 700. He also threw in a golden orb (took it just because it looks cool, don't plan on using it) a pentium 166 @ 200 and a pentium motherboard. My voodoo2 will do nicely in the pentium.

Well, Here is the scoop, it is a cB0 stepping, S-Code SL46U. It does 945 @ 1.8v. It's default voltage is 1.5v. What is the safest i can run this chip. Most people run there cC0's @ 1.95v, does that means i should run it @ 1.75v? @ 1.8v 945 i full load @ 35C. I really wish this chip would go higher. The highest my Brother had it was 750 @ default voltage, so i am burning it in.

So far, @ 900, 100 fsb in 3dmark2001, It beat my Celeron II 700 @ 997!! I am sooo happy i got rid of that chip, just wish i got a cC0. I also like the memory scores in sandra!

you should be safe at your volts...just don't go much higher without real cooling...the gorb should be a good cooler on the older pentium..as they didn't need much

If i run it @ 2v would it be ok? It runs 1.95 @ 975 stable i think.

It all depends on how good the cooling is for your system. Personally, I think 2.0v for long term usage is a tad high, but with good cooling, 1.9v should be ok. Ideally, if your burn in works, maybe you could run 975 @1.9v? That would be a real nice overclock.
