To overclock your processor go into bios and raise your fsb. A list of your system makes it easier for us to help. Also check out the beginer's guide on the home page.

Alright, here are some more details. Your front side bus (FSB) controls the speed of everything on your motherboard, including your processor. Raising the fsb raises your processor speed but also raises everything else on your board which may cause some problems. Your processor speed is determined by your multiplier times your fsb. Example: My processor runs at 133fsb and 800mhz stock. So my multiplier is 6. So raising the fsb to 150 brings my processor speed to 900mhz (150 x 6 = 900). Now raising the fsb also creats more heat. So cooling helps make it more stable. Also this may make your chip unstable so people raise the voltage which also creats heat and if raised too far will damage your computer (don't go above 1.9 for now). Also raising fsb may make other components unstable. Any questions?
