I am using a Geforce4 MX440 8x.
I also have the lastest drivers.

My score is only 5600 and I see people with theirs in the teens.
Do I have my settings off or what?

Thanks.

Your score isnt that bad for that card.

Remember, the mx440 uses Dx7 tech, and has no more features than a geforce2 other than speed. Look in the classifieds for a decent card, like a ti4200 or a Radeon 8500/9100, they should get you around 10,000 and only run $50-$80.

But it was late and i was tired LOL Played CoD online for 6 hours.

Dude do yourself a favor, Upgrade the card. Unless your useing games from The 90's it isnt doing you much good. You can get a nice 4200 for cheap. If not, get yourself a 9600pro. They have gone way down in price for a sapphire or Xtasy, or powercolor. The BBA 9600pro is still WAY over priced.

I had the same card, mine was clocked at 325/550

My scores were over 6500 and my sytem is not as fast as yours
so i dont know what u have ur card clocked at but if they are like mine, u should be getting higher scores but u know u have to tweak the drivers and the whole pc to max out ur scores.

Overall it is definitely in range for that card.

Oh i forgot to say that the 4403 drivers got the best scores for me on 3d2k1 by far over the newer versions!

Anything over the 43.xx driver makes my brothers card take a huge hit. The FX drivers are definately not made for the MX cards, let alone the T1 cards neither. Those drivers were made in an attempt to fix the faulty FX line of cards, starting with the 5200.
