First off, welcome to the forums!

Secondly, please stop SHOUTING...thanks.

Judging by what you've posted, that mb wouldn't be a good choice to o/c with. Sounds like it's geared towards the PPGA Celeron, P// chips, and early P///'s that run at 66 and 100 FSB.

I'd try getting a copy of H. Oda's SoftFSB, if there aren't any BIOS settings you can work with. I'm not familiar with that board, and thus not the BIOS either. But it sounds like it might not go.

First off Welcome to the forum...second, might I suggest the "newbie overclocking guide" on overclockers.com" main page..you can't mis it....and it will explain in plain english how to overclock any computer...(within limits)...the guide has helped some to overclock their systems without any extra help...don't get me wrong, we love to help, which is why I am pointing you to the beginers guides, as they are very informative, and will also help you in making your next computer choice/s...
I personaly have no experience with MSI boards, so I cannot give specifics, but if you can get into the bios, and raise the "front side bus" sometimes called "cpu host frequency" to say 124mhz, it should net you 558mhz, but like I said, I dunno about MSI boards...some boards just used jumpers to set things.
I agree that "softfsb" might be the way to go..and I don't think you even need to worry about voltage, they can clock pretty good at stock voltage.
Good Luck...and come back, and keep us posted as to your results.

I'm a new guy in here and I went also through the beginner's guide and it helped me a lot. I'm running my P III 450 @ 585MHz right now and it's stable like a rock. I'm using a Titan Majesty II cooler and an extra case cooler. At full load the CPU temp is about 26°.
Pretty cool, ain't it.
My FSB is 130 and the core voltage is 2.1V.
I use a Chaintech ATA 2 mobo with 128MB PC133 memory.
