Whats the deal with these 400 frame proteins...

Woo...these proteins are taking forever to compile for the average only when the computer is on folder. Are these the norm now a days or just for this round? All I can say is I wish I could jam more units rather than take a couple weeks for just one. Oh well...I might have the one protein that helps someone out right?:D

There not the norm, there tinker protiens. At least there not the norm if you use the -advmethods flag

well even useind the advemethod flag you can still get tinkers. I get em all the time, and i use that command

I just downloaded a 400 frame protein about 2 hours ago. Goes through really fast though.

They usually do go faster than a Gromac as far as Minutes per frame, but there is 400 frames instead of 100.
