Has anyone tried letting a cpu run in dos for a day or so when it boots into windows then chokes?
If so did it help or not?
TIA.

Interesting idea but what generally works is to burn it in at default fsb but high voltage.

that has always been my method, I have a cCO celeron 600 which I burned in at 600mhz with 2v and this let me run up to 750mhz with just 1.3v and 900mhz only needed 1.55v where as before it needed 1.75v, it also allowed 1.01ghz to be 99% stable at 1.9v but I needed to get up to 2.2v for prime95 to be stable, currently burning in at 2.2v to see If I can remedy this
