My current configuration is as follows:

Abit BH6 1.0 (not 100 % on the revision, it might be 1.01 or 1.02)
SS Bios
Celeron-366 Intel Boxed Slot1 128K
128 MB DIMM SDRAM 100 MHZ 440BX Original
Windows 2000 - SP1

I have tried to OC the chip, but get a message saying that CPU i
changed, press F1 or del to enter CPU Softmenu at boot-up.
Pressing F1 works fine, the system boots, but I haven't been able to
OC yet.

Firs quesiton is -> what am I doing wrong, thought OC the BH6 board
with Celeron would be easy

I have plans of upgrading the processor to somewhere higher, what is
the best/highest type of processor I can use? (both Celeron and
others)

If I would buy an Celeron processor, which would be the best and what
OC possibilities do I have?

Regards!

In the bios you need to disable speed error hold under Soft Menu II section. It will then let you reboot with new settings. As far as I know, you can use any of the Pentium III or Celeron II chips but you'll need a sloket adapter to use the FCPGA chips(flip chip). As far as Celerons go, everyone seems to agree the ones to get that overclock well are the 566 and 600 with the newer cC0 stepping being preferable to the older cB0. A cCo stepping Celeron II 600 has an extremely good chance of hitting 900 @ 9x100. I have a CII 600 on my BH6 ver 1.0 board running at 1009 with 1.9v. It is rock stable and I'm very happy with it.
