Just bought a 9800Pro

Is there anything I need to know about ATI cards?? QUirks, fixes, what not to do's? This is my first ever ATI card and I set it up in my Opteron rig in sig. Any tips for overclocking this beast of a vid card??

It should be good from the start. Make sure to get good drivers and some decent cooling if you plan on overclocking.

as for overclocking, look for W1ZZARD'S ATI overclocking tool. There's a thread in this forum about it.

Now this just sucks donkey balls. I can't run my system with my AGP drivers installed. I ran 3dmark03 without it installed and then realized it. Now since I installed my AGP drivers my system constantly reboots as soon as it gets to the welcome to windows screen. On a side note I got 4906 3dmark score with out AGP drivers installed. :::sigh::: guess I'll boot in safe mode and uninstall my agp drivers.

can't uninstall them. Guess I'll go post in the 911 section.

It always a good idea to first install chipset drivers, then install video drivers.
