Good Video Card Cooler

I have a ATI Radeon 9800 AIW, and was wondering what is a good replacement cooler for this card, one that would allow a good amount of OCing. Not all coolers will fit due to the TV-Tuner, which takes up a large amount space. Also preferably something quite, but this is not esential, primarily want OCing...
Another thing is, thou this may sound stupid, What the heck do you use to attach a those little Video Ram heat sinks to the ram? I almost 100% sure that you don't use superglue...

hint 2: use artic silver epoxy to attach the memory heatsinks (just becarefull once they are on they wont come off)
