well i got a dell 4300. i got it back when i knew nothing at all about computers. ...nothing.
since dell does not let you enter anything on the bios...not ram timmings not fsb nothing!.
so i been on a serch for a bit...and i never relly thought to look in the cpu part of the forums . so i found a thred about coving a pin and it would be able to overclock and stuff...
but i only got a 1.6ghz p4. .....my school just got 10 new computers with 2.5 ghz so that says somethin bad....maybe i can set up some foldin on them....anyways thats for some other part here.
will that mod rune the wananty ...and will it do any damage
or is there other ways to overclock a dell.....i know the key to overclockin is the mobo but since i dont got the money i wana see what i can do with this box right now.
