well, i had done all the thing to cover up the heat problem in my pc but it still won't boot at 129FBS! so i conclude that it might be the Vcore problem! burn in process seem are slow down in progress, so the only way to get high FBS is to increase Vcore :( ............anyone who how to vidpinning the CC0 chip? would appreciate if help!! :)

There is a article at hardocp.com that will cover all of your questions :)

well............that article seem like out of that site! i conldn't find it! but i had read other article about this vidpinning, but they just design for celey or maybe for FCPGA! they doesn't said which stepping! i don't know when we vidpinning, we really need to concerned about the stepping or not! but i don't want to take risk! :( sound like increase the Vcore are getting harder!
I've done this on both a cB0 C-566 and a cC0 P-III 700. The important thing to remember is what your default voltage is, not what stepping it is. All the coppermine socket 370 CPUs use the same VID pins. The cC0 P-III 750 has a default of 1.7v, so you have several choices. What voltage range are you shooting for? The two easiest would be 1.75v since you only have to connect two pins, VSS and VID0, or 1.9v since you only have to connect two pins VSS and VID2 (or VID3 and VID2 will work too for 1.9v). Other voltages are available, but you'll have to connect at least three pins.

well, thank for batboy!! i finally made it to 1 Gig! i can do anything but 3D game and 3Dmark2000. err.....what is the max Vcore we can put in?? did 2.05V are high??

Wow! it can hit up to 1020Mhz, but need a better cooling system! i'm so happy now!!! :)
Yes, 2.05v is rather extreme in my opinion. I'm not sure I'd do that for long periods of time unless I was running water cooling, peltier, or both. Remember, heat is the enemy and at that voltage, your CPU will be producing mega heat. Be careful.

err...........well now i lower it down to 2.00V and try to burn in. hopefully can get it down a bit to boot into w2k!! humm........i lower it down back to it default FBS(100MHz), and set the Vcore to 2.00V and run the sisoft burn in, the temp are just 30C with open case cover. are the temp okey?? or a bit high??
Those are probably idle temps which mean very little. The real test is full load CPU temps. I like to stay below 40 degrees. I'd keep her at 1.9v or less until you have better cooling. You already admitted you need to address the cooling in one of your posts. Please, let's do it right. You know it'll do 1 gig, so you got a good chip. You'll be pissed if you burn it up now by being overly eager. Heat is the enemy! Good luck.
