Prometiea and Vapochill noise

I'd love to build a new rig with either the Prometiea Mach II or the Vapochill but I'm curious about the noise.

Are the compressor and radiator fan going to be much quieter than the average heatsink fan? I'd be interested to hear from any Prommie or Vapochill owners to hear how they compare to conventional cooling.

Its quieter as a standard cpu fan set at default speeds. Barely any noise in a closed case. Its a big change going from a 4800rpm fan to the prometia, and feels a bit weird getting used to.
