Will Taisol CGK742092 fit on socket 370 ?

Does anyone know if it will it fit onto a 370 P3 ?

and also; will it fit onto a 370 chip that's on a slot1 adapter board ?

All taisol heatsinks will fit on socket 370 chips, but you may stuggle if you are using a slot 1 adapter, as these heatsinks are 80mm long, and may touch on the mobo, or components on it.
