Ok, I had a couple of people PM me wanting to know comparisons.
So here it goes.........

240fsb Partial PAT
Ctiaw 6074
Sisoft buffered 5446/5493
Sisoft unbuffered 4567/4568
3Dmark 2001 SE 5441

240fsb full PAT
Ctiaw 6592
Sisoft buffered 5684/5646
Sisoft unbuffered 4640/4642
3Dmark 2001 SE 5471

Just for the hell of it I did 245 Partial Pat since my cpu is semi stable without PAT at this fsb.
Citaw 6168
Sisoft buffered 5621/5608
Sisoft unbuffered 4727/4627
3Dmark 2001 SE 5467

These are all on the timings, ect that are in my sig.
I got a crappy NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 video card. That is why my 3Dmark scores are low.

Also running memory 5:4 gave me crappy scores.
Sisoft 5023/5027
3Dmark 4935

I hope this has answered most questions. :D

Nice scores. Glad to see that memory is working well for you. BTW, I just started using ctiaw and it looks like memory timings make quite a difference. With my Mushkins back in at FSB 223, 2-3-2-6, PAT enabled, ctiaw shows 6495. PAT disabled - 5700. I'm still workin' on that.

EDIT: My OCZ PC3700 Gold is running great on my new mobo: FSB 245, 1:1, DDR490, 2.5-3-3-7, PAT enabled - ctiaw shows 7203.

I started to wonder why ur mrb are high.. lol i just noticed, u both are using 1GB, i'm just using 512 :( will have to wait till new ram arrives... my mrb is @ 5622.6 :)

Okay I did big toe's bios hack. I lost 5 FSB to reach perfect stability, from 270 to 265 FSB with 1:1

This is memory benchmark difference: partial vs. full PAT @ 270 FSB

Full PAT: 5995

Partial PAT: 5851
