to start off with.
discussed this with a server builder friend of mine
his statement is!
each ram board must be of equal memory capacity
with the other one!
second, IBM product has overclocking prevention
technology built in thus preventing you from increasing
CPU speed.
third IBM harddrives fizzing out when you try to speed
them up, they are set to a specific mhz speed.
IE. CPU versus RAM versus HARDDRIVE speed
p.s. not my words just repeating his words for you!

Your ram may be holding you back. Can you adjust any settings on like setting CAS to 3 if its 2 or having it run as pc 100 ram? Also you owe it to yourself to get more ram man. The rest of your system seems pretty high quality but 64mb of ram is really too little, especially with prices being so cheap. Try running a different program for testing what is making your computer unstable. Sandra has several different options, one of which benchmarks your ram, if this freezes and you don't freeze on the processor tests than you know your problem.
