Flashing the bios with 2 possible ROM's

That is all I know about my bios, is there anything else i should be aware of?
Anyways, pcchips.com has 2 bios ROM files for me to pick from, which one do I choose? http://203.161.230.38/newbios2.html
There is the 1MB v61h ROM and 2MB v204 ROM.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, also when making a boot disk from win98, so i can flash, whats the best procedure?

On Boot Up you should be able to see which Bios you are presently running. Be absolutley sure you flash the right one or you can be in a world of hurt. Go to
http://www.ping.be/bios/ and read up on the Bios Flashing procedure. Good Luck.!!
