Ok well about a month ago I got my webserver up and running. Its running Windows XP Pro and running Apache 2.0.48. My question is how do I setup PHP, I downloaded the PHP .zip file from www.php.net, but then where do I put all the stuff? Any help would be appreciated, thanks. :)

There should be a install.txt in the zip file with the instructions, or Here (http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.php) is the install instructions from php.net, finally you can download the MSI install package which will do everything for you on the same page you got the zip from (next one down).

Thanks for the link. I will try to get it going when I get home, too bad it doesnt autoconfigure for Apache like it does for IIS.. :/ Hopefully they will add it in a soon to be released version, but oh well.

Hmm, if you want something that does it all for you I'd suggest FoxServ, it install Apache, PHP & MySQL and preconfigured, I've only foudn one problem with this, sicne its beta ;), after its isntalled rename the folder from "FoxServ" to "EasyServ" and everything will run right :)
FoxServ (http://unc.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/foxserv/FoxServ3.1Beta1.exe) 27.59MB, its free :)

Yea i second foxserv as its what I use on my server. I have also used PHPDEV (http://www.firepages.com.au/) which comes with a few more features like the invision forums and a simple FTP server. I know you have apache already set up but the Nice thing about these all in ones is that they come pretty much preconfigured. Also have heard of Php Triad but never have used it......
good luck.

So the Fox one uses Apache and its like an all in one type thing? Kinda like Ensim then right?
Also, since its preconfigured, how secure is it, since sometimes preconfigured are not secure @ all.
EDIT: I checked their site and it looks promising, but I dont see windows XP listed in the OSes...?

If you have it installed click on http://localhost/docs/ and do some reading.
or you can get to that point by opening the foxserv control panel (start/foxserv/control panel) and clicking on View Documentation........

All I did was open up apache which was in, "C:\EasyServ\apache\apache.exe" and that opens up apache of course and php, then if you wanna open up mysql you go into "c:\easyserv\mysql\bin\mysqladmin.exe" something along those lines :)
