Alright, first rip I got with this on 3dmark01- I got 15829, which beats my 6,000 from my old card ;)
Anyways, I got one with some hynix ram on it, and I noticed the ram runs pretty hot. Is there any other way I can cool the ram, besides using ramsinks? Thx guys, right now I just have a small window fan blowing on the card.
Also, I do plan on changing the stock heatsink and fan. But not sure to what. What do you guys think is the best air cooling product out there for this card? Thx in advance

Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer works on my 9700NP well ive heard reports from other ppl it works well on there 9800pros
BGA RAM tolerates heat very well, I haven't read about anyone getting much more from the RAM w/ any kind of cooling.

I just ordered the Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer, does that cool down the ram at all? And would it interfere with the ramsinks if I decide to get them?

well, thx, sounds like I can get both. But back to part of my original question, is there anything out there better than ramsinks If I wanted to cool the ram better?

If I use the artic silver thermal adhesive, do I need to get Artic ceramique as well? Or can i just use the thermal adhesive?
thx(this is for the ramsinks)
Just the adhesive, it's a thermal material & an epoxy all in one. Just be advised it will be tough if not impossible to get the sinks off.
