Is the maze4 GPU solid copper or copper and aluminum?

The top is anodized aluminum, I believe. The nice thing about anodized aluminum is that it doesn't cause the corrosion problems bare aluminum would. I have an aluminum topped DTek Spiral, and because it's anodized, there are no problems with corrosion after over a year of use.

Meh, I'm still skeptical about anodized....

After all, it covers up the ram on one side, so I'm gonna find a better block...

Thank you 96! That's what I'm talkin bout :)

I assume the HL has enough clearance for ramsinks, even if I may have to shorten sinks a little.

The bottom line for me at this point is whether to get a fusion HL or a vga silencer and aircool it. Both have good and bad points....

The Maze4 shouldn't cover up the RAM unless you're using some really bizzare graphics card. Anodized really shouldn't pose a problem, but hey, whatever you want. :)
