Data corruption is usualy 2 things, either your chip is too far o'c'ed, or your hdd can't handle the bus speed.
how's your cooling? could be your chip is getting too hot

The Doctor aka is correct on the HDD part. yeh, your HD is having some difficulty handling your overclocked PCI bus speed and this is very common and natural to get data corruption. it's something you just gotttttttttta save that registry record of yours for retrieval when you need it. some better hard drive will perform better and be a lot more stable upon cold booting without data corruption. Data corrupt happens to me but I ignore them completely because I gotta~~~registry backup~~~ registry backup~~~~ hahaha....and enjoying my OC'ed PC. ;-)
