I added an Ethernet port to my old Gateway windows 98. Hooked it up to my hp with XP and I have a connection or at least the little monitor comes on and says I'M connected at 100 bps.
So what do I do now? I can't figure out how to look at files on the old computer from the new one. Can I use the Internet from the gateway? If so How?
