Newegg. It is listed as the "B" version so that covers it. If I remember right they stock both so make sure you pick the right one. Its plainly marked "B" though.

There is no B version of the Ultra Infinity. That is just for the lan party. All Ultra Infinity boards are revision A, which is the same thing as the LP revision B.

Yes thats right, I found out already that the Infinity Ultra only has the A version, based on the Lan Party "B" PCB
