What would some of you guys rather run with a machine that has a higher FSB or a machine with a little lower FSB but better si sandra memory benchmarks, say 1gp3@1235 memory@ 360-420 or 1125 and 420-500. also would 150 corsair ram work in my MB abit vh6-2? it's base speed is 133 rite now.

This seems like running the1gig at 1235@cas3 Vs. 1125@cas2. is that correct in your case?.... since the memory data transfer is used to run any applications,.. taking RAM into account is absolutely needed. In my opinion, 1.125Gig@ cas2 memory throughput of 420/ 500 would benefit little more.. good question you have here.. =0

Well both test were done with cas2 the main difference in settings is at the lower FSB setting i'm using clock speed and then i turn my ns speed down just a hair so that it becomes stable, at higher FSB I run minus clock speed and ns set at turbo [high as it will go] I'm not sure if corsair sdram 133 is cas 2 or 3 but I get better sisandra scores with it set to cas2.

I have the corsair 150 mhz ram cas2 and it runs great. So yes it will work with your system. I have the vh62 mobo also.
