Could a Zalman 7000A-Cu run submerged in liquid flourinert?

I want block ideas... I guess a Danger Den copper block would be the best way to go, yet I was simply wondering what it'd be like to use a turbine system to circulate a liquid instead of an air.

I don't like the idea that in a cpu block like a Danger Den the water/antifreeze is coolest coming in on one side yet while coming out on the other half of the cpu plate it's already absorbed alot of heat energy.

But by running a fan submerged, and pumping cooled flourinert on top of the fan would even out the effects of stripping heat...

Hah, i feel like a comic boy posting my wonderful ideas for a new video game console... Feedback would be great, might as well ask before wasting any further time...

the fan may have a hard time pushing the flourinert u might want to use a pump to push the flourinert on to the cpu
