F@H stopping after finishing a WU

My system is in my sig. After I finish a WU, the F@H screen says it is shutting down core and CPU usage is still at 100%, but now matter how long it sits like that, it never moves on to a new WU. I have to close it and reopen it and then it starts on a new WU. How can I make it so that I don't have to constantly reopen F@H? Do I have to turn off those two flags that are on?

I tried turning off the flags and that didn't fix it. Anybody have any ideas?

I've had that happen before, but if I read the log, after a restart, I'd notice it would delete the work unit and start over- so in effect it was doing no work.

I altered my overclock and I also deleted the folding folder and made a new one. Seems to work fine now.
