yep.. treker is correct.. to answer Dude's question, I dont have a link but I heard about this chip's next revision so-called "cD0" basically because of its shrunk chip die size as treker mentioned, it is capable of taking more heat while retain stability. This allows higher overclock on the chip as well. Basically will let you overclock higher. it will be a beast I believe. okie dokie? =0

I'm using a p3 700E cCO @ 933mhz to keep me busy till the new p3's come out, want to get 2 of the 1giger's and up if they make 'em as well.
Can hardly wait!

yeah im holding back for now too.... will they work on CUSL2s?
When will these chips come out because I just got 2 p3 cCo cpu's yesterday and if they come out anytime soon ill return these cpus

just to clear up theyll be out in the third quater
and they wont take more heat and be stable,
What they do is because of the 0.13 micron track size will need less voltage and produce LESS HEAT so in turn will be able to go faster.

oops.. you're right about producing less heat on the .13u. same thing worked on the nvidia chips from .18 to .13. as well.
but will they work with currant mb or wiil we need a bios update or hole new mb for them?
The new p3's will not work on the cusl2-c. The 815 chipset will not be able to use it.
