I get a 160g Maxtor 5400rpm drive. I don't know what happen. Everytime i load more then 100g of data file in, then on next start up and the HD corrupt. It show this HD is not format.

I'm runing Winxp w/o sp with MSI board, Applebread 1.8, 512mb, and onboard video card. The HD is connect to secony primary.

Anyway, are there anything to re-treat all the data file back? I can't open the HD anymore.

WinXP without SP1 does not support drives over 136gb (48-bit LBA is disabled). I'm not sure how you were ever able to format the drive. What was the formatted capacity?

As to getting the data back, I would try to get the free trial of Ontract EasyRecovery to see if it can read the drive. I would not do anything with the drive or windows until you have tried this.
