sudden stop in fps in call of duty...

I just installed a inno3d gf4 ti4200 128mb....

My fps is much better everywhere...But no matter how low the settings go or how far away from any action i am, the FPS goes no higher than 91. It usually would bounce around...For example goes to 88 then 89 than to 88 etc etc but its a constant 91...it dies there. Not that it is a big deal, a very much acceptable fps...but why is it doing this...

hit the tidal key (~) and type com_maxFPS 0 . Thats should eliminate this problem. Though you won't see any difference the fps will be higher.
