Well i havent overclocked my cpu yet but i just want to make sure my temps are normal before i do. The specs: Celeron 366, 64mb ram, Radeon 32mb pci, 20gig hd, 16x dvd, 12x8x32x cd-rw, 250W PSU(tha is outside the system, i still gotta put it inside the system) Well here are the temps
CPU temp: 41C/105F
System Temp: 37C/98F
+5.000V: 5.120V
+3.300V: 3.390V
VCore: 2.043V
I'd say they're pretty high right now, and if you wanna overclock, defiantly get a new cooler. (for the CPU, and maybe some system coolers)

Retis my temps are 51-cpu and 36- system. Your temps are ok for now. cr0nos here has a pcchips mobo with no Vcore adjustments and only 1 fsb adjustement. (66/100) so his temps shouldnt go higher. What kind of thermal compound are you using Retis? i can loan you some radio shack compound unless yours is better. Might as well give the heatsink a quick lapping if it really looks like it needs it.
Way too hot to overclock now, definately need a better CPU cooler and at least one case fan to blow all that hot air out (and draw cooler air in form the front of the case). 2 case fans are ideal (one drawing air in from the front, and one exhaust in the rear), but I only use one (but only overclocked my video card right now). Best bet would be to save up for an upgrade (the rest of your components look pretty good).
