Why are you getting a 3200+ when almost any 2500+ will get 3200+ (or better) speeds? Especially with the nice RAM and the watercooling setup you have/are getting. You might even be able to get speeds beying 2.4 GHz with water.
Also, CWT PSUs are of varying quality, most are good (especially the ones that have "A" and "B"as the second to last character on their model names) but some are just above quality you'd find in companies like Raidmax. If you REALLY want a GREAT PSU get the Fortron 530 or Antec TruePower 550. Or, if you're really have lots of money to blow, get a PC Power & Cooling unit. Those are the best of the best (and their pricetag shows it).

agreed, grab a 2500, use the extra money on quality PSU.
so i should get my hands on a Barton XP 2500+. I could be hard to get a hand of them power packs as i live in the UK and i only really know four places to buy parts online:
http://www.coolcasemods.com/customer/home.php
http://www.aria.co.uk/
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/
http://www.scan.co.uk/
As for the lights lol i like the look of fully done cases (i like kitted up cars, so it says it all really lol).

Add www.ebuyer.com and www.dabs.com to the list. Dabs suck a bit but they are popular. Ebuyer are pretty good :)

Most of it looks good, except AMD and Maxtor 2MB. I'd go with Intel Pentium 4 and Seagate 8MB.... if you don't like Intel, thats fine
...if you don't like Seagate thats fine too (but I'd have to call you a fool LOL), but at least get 8MB its like exactly the same price. Doesn't make sense to get all these high performance parts and go for a sluggish drive

Well it depends on what his priority is, it looks like he has the drive he likes or else I would have said that getting a WB SE (8MB cache) drive would have been a good idea. Seagate are good because they are quiet, but they aren't exactly the fastest drives in the world..
i've only just got it lol £69 it's all i could aford
