It only lists 8x AGP on everysite i can find...does it support the 4X?

8x AGP is backwards compatible with 4x, no problem there.
I'm unaware of any issues with the CPU, but I'm no expert on Nforce motherboards.

I am running a 4x Card and a Mobile processor in that board right now... Simultaneously! 
No problems whatsoever.
