Here is my new watercooling setup that I just completed:
Via Aqua 1300 Pump/Res Combo
WW Block
Pro Core Radiator
Panaflo H1A 120mm Fan(pull)
15% Preston Anti-Freeze
85% Distilled water

Temps are:
Case 24C
CPU 45C load
Ambient (65F?)
XP2400+ @ 11x210 = 2.32mhz @ 1.85Vcore
Temps seem alittle high, are they?
Your temps may be a little high. You are overclocking quite a bit though. Looks to me that you still have air in your lines. Has that bled out now? That could lower your temps. Nice setup though. My only suggestion is to move that cold cathode inverter. Doesn't look the best taped to the side of your pump/res like that.
Looks like a work in progress. Good job!

It is probably still bleeding a little. Has been since about 7pm(now 3am). I want to move the cathode inverter but then one of my CCFL's won't reach it :/
did you cut out the front of the case to get the radiator decent airflow ?

No never did that.....does that help a lot even without a fan pushing on it?

in a word, yes
anything that gets in the way of the air restricts flow. just like water, if you have one 3/8" fitting in your loop and all the rest are 1/2", no mater where that 3/8" is, it is slowing the flow of the water.
will it help "A LOT", probly not, but every little bit does help.
with that in mind; if you remove the back fans' grills (assuming you havent), take that inverter off your rez (if the inverter gets warm then its heating your water), and improve the front intake air flow, then yes all thoes "little" things together will show in lower temps.
GOOD LUCK
PS. looks A LOT better than my first try! Nice work :attn:

Wow, good looking setup. Watercooling looks sooo tempting... I hope when i finally try my first watercooling "adventure" it will turn out as nice as yours did.
Looks good.
Those temps are high for a WW at that ambient
Like the other person said, cut a hole in the metal in front of the rad. On Antec and clone cases there is a large amount of blockage.
Also check the mounting tightness on the waterblock.

FYI... Would cutting a hole make a big difference in a push setup?
i think it could yes, i would definitely cut a hole for my rad just like that if it was me. Also one reson your temps may be high is the pump your using, it is cheap with good flow, but that pump gets pretty warm, my friend has it and it runs way hotter then my eheim 1250, and this seems like a common problem.

It does get warm...but I have the Panfalo 120mm blowing right on it. So it keeps it pretty cool
And this 120mm Panadlo M1A is much louder then my 80mm Panfalo U1A :( :(

if the inside of your case is a lot warmer then the ambient temp of your room, then making a hole and sealing it would solve the problem.

wait, what? Explain?
My case use to be very cool, but since i lost my 2 intake fans it has raised a good 5c

do you have any auther fans running in case and witch way is the PSU fan running.

2 rear exhaust
1 92mm PSU fan above PSU
1 80mm PSU Fan Exhaust

Did you configure the inlet to the Water block come right after the pump. I think most people have it come right after the radiator for better cooling. Like everyone else said the pump warms the water so the best configuration would be to place it right after the radiator
pump=>Radiator=>WC block => Pump

Thats what I thought too, but after reading a lot of post, I began to see that people prefered stronger flow through the block

You should switch it around and see what results you get. Might be better this way or the other

it could also be your water block not seated properly as all your wb inlet and both outlet are pulling down there's a very high chance it's pulling the wb down a little.
what i did to test this is gently lift the pipes up to take the tension from bending downwards for as long as poss and see if your temps drop when doing so. if not your fine. otherwise you know for sure.

Could I be using to much anti-freeze, and it is hurting my flow?

Far as the tubing running in difrent order it will give you little or no better colling. Rember totel flow is the same nomater how you run the system tubes unless theres a kink in line!
Take a look at the pump to water block i think it pulling down on the water block. You may try shimming the pump a little to see if you have the water block seated right:)

intake fans provided positive pressure, when u took those out, u lost that pressure.
although u replaced it with a 120mm fan, because its not mounted like the 2 intake fans, air leaks. you end up rotating hot air in your case. even though its facing the holes where fan grills are and pushed up against it, it doesn't matter because the fan will pull air from where there is less restrictive. Just like AC air filters, if u got a crack between the blower and filter, the filter stays clean and air doesn't go through the filter because the filter has lots of resistance.
So cutting out a hole and sealing it the only path from the fan intake to the outside will get u better temps by adding positive pressure to your case.

Yes you def. need to do somthing about that load temp.

Have you silenced that via aqua yet, makes such a difference!!!
PM me if you would like to see how its done.

Whether it helps your temps or not, I would definitely try putting a shim under the pump. It's hard to tell, but it appears from the pictures that the hose from the pump outlet to the CPU WB is too short. If it is too short, then it could either develop a leak at one of the hose-barb connections or tilt the WB off the CPU even just a little bit (causing the higher CPU temps).

I don't think it is to short, it seems to have plenty of lenght, but I will check it out either way

Looks good but I would cut the front to let more air in.. (unless you did and posted 1/2 down the thread) ;).

did you try the shims yet
looks nice....65ºF room temps....you must be cold...

I put some phone under the pump, i will see how it does

Ok, better news now. I changed the flow and now I am at full load and getting temps of:
http://s87679613.onlinehome.us/files/DSCF0086-.jpg
Case:
25C
CPU
42C
I still want to cut out the front of the case for some better airflow, but I have to wait for my arm to heal
