I have a 2.8c and Abit ICmax3 on the way and cant decide which memory to get. I want to get 2 512 sticks and want to stay around the $250 range. Newegg has some corsair and some Kingston but Im not sure if I should get the pc3200,-3500, or -3700 and what timings to run them at. Im also unclear on the 2.8c, should I run a 1:1 or 5:4 divider?

OCZ PC-3700 Gold Rev. 2.0 is a good match for a 2.8C that will be overclocked to around 240-250 FSB. It offers mid-grade timings (2.5-3-3 ; CAS-tRCD-tRP) at high speeds (230-240+).

At $269 (1GB Kit) it's a little more then what you want to spend. But it should offer ease of overclock while still offering maxed-out performance. You would run 1:1 FSB:MEM without having to run very lapsed (3-4-4) timings.
