will 12/24 bios work for me?

Hey, i have the NF2 Ultra-AL board, i'm using the 7/18 bios for the revision A board but i have a problem with the board sometimes not booting up when i turn it off and i would have to unplug the psu and plug it back into the mobo as well as clear the cmos when this happens

also this happens when i up the cpu voltage more than 1v at a time

i don't know if a bios update will fix this, but i want to try the 12/24 bios and i see that it is meant for the A+ revision, my question is would it work for my board?

also, has anyone experienced this problem?

many people like myself are having all kinds of problems with this cold boot nonsence follow this thread here for more insight

i guess this is a trend with select DFI NFII boards, my friend has the exact same board as me and his works flawlessly

mine always restarts fine, but when turned off i will have to disconnect the psu and reset cmos, it is quite annoying, i try not to turn it off very often
