USD is what~2/3 canadian? Lets suppose u have a total of like 130 from them combined, I would recommend a 9500np.....or 9600 pro, if u can fid some from newegg, or pricewatch.Unless my estimate is wrong, which it probably is.

Well, by the looks of it, your motherboard will support 2x AGP. I'm pretty sure, then, that almost all 4xAGP cards should work in it. I've never tried any 8xAGP compliant cards with a 2x boards - you may want to make sure that would work. I have a feeling, though, that they won't...
Lessee... looks like $100 CAN turns out to be about $75 USD. Between two people each, that gives you about $150 USD to work with - I'm not sure how pricing is in Canada for most video cards, though. But in the US, that will buy you a pretty healthy chunk of video card. Well, a lot healthier than a PCI Voodoo3. ;) An older-spec 4xAGP GeForce4 Ti4200 could probably be had for well under $100 USD. The Radeon 9000 Pro is less expensive ($75 USD.) It's not as fast, but still a decent card.
I guess if it were me, and I'd made it that long with a Voodoo3, I'd try to dig up a 9000 Pro for about $75, and save the extra for maybe a new motherboard to sit that Tually Celeron in... I have a feeling that 1456 out of a 1300 Celeron isn't even scratching the surface. Lots of those way above 1.6 GHz can be found. Maybe you could dig up one of those Abit ST6es or Soyo SY-TISU boards for cheap somewhere?

Yeah I have been on the hunt for a new board as well.I know this one is a cheap-O

Well, before you do that even, do you do a lot of CPU-intensive stuff or gaming? If you do, you may almost be more well-served by doing the whole mobo/CPU/memory thing all at once further down the road... if not, a new motherboard would just be an added bonus to keep that Tually running...

Well I certainly like playing games, but what I'm really looking for is a mobo with more OC options and can take what I have now.I never knew shopping for PC parts could be so confusing and fun at the same time.
EDIT:Hey wait a minute, how did this turn into a mobo thread  ;)

I would go with a radeon 9500np or pro if you can find it, then overclock it

But does anyone know for sure if the 8x/4x spec 9500 will even work in a 2x slot? Does the 2xAGP slot meet the power requirements of the 9500? I would tend to think not - there were issues putting 2xAGP cards in 8xAGP motherboards, so is there a reverse to this problem?

I have an mx 440 and they are good cards but... going along time with a voodoo 3 pci 2000 id' say you'd want to get the best upgrade, one that you'd be happy with and would last along time.
Maybe try to find an agp 4X geforce 4 ti edition card is best since u can't go the agp 8X route. Go for value! because u don't have a new motherboard yet, down the road u may get a new one and it will have pci express.. no sense in wasting money on a video card now that will not be useful then.

These cards could be softmoded right?
they're a universal 8x card.
