I would like to say thx to all that helped. I ended up going back to msi mobo
site and they had flash bios update saying the other update was showing cpu temps as being too hot (ya think!) so new bios in running @ 36c @
1012mhz 120fsb 1.90v solid in fact prob go faster if not for old mobo and cheap ram will upgade soon!! again thx
