K7S5A oddity

I picked up a K7S5A at the local PC Fair since I had a spare 1600+ hanging out that needed a home. It works fine and I don't plan on OCing it. The one weird thing that I've noticed is that after turning it off the three leds on the keyboard flash continuously. Unless I disconnect the power.

I didn't see anything about this in a search in the forum (note to self: searching for "Flash" in a MB forum will return a lot of posts). It is pretty annoying. Is it supposed to do this?

Is it possible that your BIOS is set up so the computer can be turned on by pressing a key on the keyboard instead of just through the front panel power button?

Thanks. It's going to take me a while to read through that. But I will check on the keyboard power-on setting. That sounds like a winner.
