I just built a new box hoping to get 2 PIII's over 1G. Everything's new...Antec 1040SX case, MSI 6321, (2) PIII 750's, 640MB Crucial CAS2 PC133, Winfast GF2 Pro (32) AGP.

It will boot into Win2KAS running 114FSB at 1.7v. Running at 858mhz with the UD agent and playing EA Formula 1 it gets to about 38c with just basic air cooling. Idle in Windows it's 30c.

However, when I switch the jumper on the MOBO for 100=>133 I can't even get a post at 2.0v.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try setting the CAS to 3 and try this program which MSI designed to help you overclock. If it works for you it will bump your board little by little until it finds the spot at which the board is no longer stable. You may have to use this program in Windows rather than your BIOS to get the last bit of MHz from your setup.

Thanks.

I did finally find a download of this on a dutch site (MSI's didn't work). However, I came to realize this is the same program I installed of the driver disk that only supports Win9x.

I'll try the CAS thing, any other thoughts are welcomed.
