A7N266-VX BIOS help!

I am trying to get into the BIOS on my computer, but unfortunately Sony never intended for me to go there, so they provided no instructions on how to enter the BIOS on my machine. My friend and I have both tried everything we could think of to get in, but I am pretty sure that I am locked out. Is there any way to find out for sure if I am locked out? Also, does anyone know the prober key to hit to enter the BIOS(A7N266-VX)?
