Koolance Exo Pros and Cons

Hey everyone. I am a newbie to watercooling and was wonder what you guys thought would be better. I was looking into purchasing a koolance exo, but is it worth the money. I was wondering what its pros and cons are and if i would be better off buying parts elsewhere like danger den or what. Let me know what you guys think

pros-
external
easy to set up
moderate preformance

cons-
small tubing
expensive (for preformance level)
weak pump
small radiator
bad block(s)

dangerden or dtek kit would get better preformance for the same cost as a exo (200 bucks w/ block right?) but it won't be as easy to set up and may require modifications to your case.
