HELP! what would cause this??!!?!?!?

my system is currenty overclocked to the settings in my signiture but this current setup yeilds tooooo many mem errors so many that i CANNOT PLAY GAMES OR SURF THE NET TO LONG. im trying to set my setting to default settings of amd xp 2400+ @2000MHz/133x15 but THE PC FAILS TO BOOT ON ANYTHING LOWER OR HIGHER THAN THE CURRENT SETUP IN MY SIGNITURE!!!!!!!! what would cause this?:(

have you tried to clear the CMOS?
as that should set you back to defualts....

as for what is causing this, memory errors could be preventing you from saving any CMOS changes, but that is only a guess
