BIOS are called "official" for a reason!!!

After much dismay and effort I found the source of my anger alright......

It was my frickin hacked BIOS. Im NOW semi-stable past 2.3 FINALLY. SP97 is getting ordered tommorow!

<evil laugh> MUWHAHAHH 2.5ghz will soon be MINE!!!!!!!!

Define SEMI-Stable? If you are not fully stable at 2.3, you are going to need more than an SP97 to go to 2.5 STABLE.

Which hacked bios did you use?

SNFD10. I meant semi-stable cuz I havent been able to test it.

ok. If you are going to use SATA, then use the EQuito 21 Bios. The only thing he did was put the 4.2.27 STAT Bios into it, and thats all.

I am using it and have NO more sata problems.

Otherwise, use the Abit 21 or 22 (they are the same).
