isnt 46 C full load 38 C idle kinda hot for a P3 933 ?

I would say that is on the hot side. I have a P3 750@930 and under a full load it runs 35-37c this is at 1.75 vcore with a Global Win VOS-32

That temp is absolutely fine if you're not going to OC. but Im sure you'll be OC'ing..right? yes then you would need drop that temp to at least 30C or less because it gets more sensitive to heat as it OCs.
