My sys..
----------
P4 3.0c@3.5ghz
3 HDs (60/80/120)
3 120mm fans
1 Smartfan 2 80mm
1 Hardcano 9 Fan Controler
1 Dvd burner
2 Cosair 3700 Platinum DDR 512Mb 3-4-4-8
1 ATI Radeon 9000
1 P4P800-D 1014 Bios w/Hack, Turbo, Mem Enabled
1 SL350 Antec PSU
Vcore is 1.60v
Dram is 1:1
Ram Volt = 2.5v
FSB = 233Mhz
AGP/PCI speed and volt both stock
Cpu at full load is 44c and Case 29c
My Volts according to MBM5
----------------------------------
+12
Min = 11.73v, Average = 11.85v
+3.3
Min = 3.25v, Average = 3.28v
+5
Min = 4.92v, Average = 5.02v
CPU
Min = 1.50v, Average = 1.52v
The CPU Fluxes from what is set in the bios to a -.1 when under stress. This is normal for both the P4C800 and P4P800 series. Although there are diffrent flux amounts per board.

they are better then mine, but the cpu fluctuation produces heat, but nothing really to worry about.

I get reboots after a few hours into Prime95 3 instances. This is only running the 3 prime95's and nothing else.
I get a reboot when running a game and doing the Prime95 torture test both running at the same time. This reboot can come within 15 or 30 minutes.
I Increased the vcore doing the same tests at 1.65, 1.67, 1.7. They all did the same exact thing as when I have it at 1.6v
I dissconected a HD (60gb) and it still did the same thing at all those voltages.
I cant tighten the timmings cause they are speced at 3-4-4-8.
Are these reboots having anything to do with the PSU or is it somthing else like the Northbridge/Southbridge, Video card etc etc? I cant imaging it can do anything with the NB/SB since the case is at 29c and thats having a 120mm blowing directly on it from the side panel.
Im stable all the way at stock 3.0ghz.

At one time I had an SL400 from Antec and I wasn't very happy with it. Their Trupower line seems to be a MUCH better PSU. If you're considering a new power supply, I'd suggest the trupower 430 - or higher.
If you had a high end video card, you'd really be hurtin'.

My Sl350 is ratted at..
+3.3V@28A, +5V@35A, +12V@16A
The True 430 is rated at..
+3.3V@28A, +5V@36A, +12V@20A
What makes this true 430 soo much more efficent other then the 4 extra A on the +12v?
How much current would a high end video card like a 5950 draw?

Im getting the TruePower 430 and hopfully it will stop these random reboots and also be enough to power the new N40 or R420 when they come out meanwhile ocing

Honestly, I have no idea why Antec's SL line is sub-par.. I'm a little surprised they even keep selling them considering they aren't nearly as well built as the Trupowers.
Anywho, the PSU you're picking up is a good one and will likely stop all your random reboots. You might consider a Truepower480, as you do have several drives going there, with a power drawing PIV.. better to be safe than sorry, and it would only be another 10 dollars or so.
Fortron's are also very good quality.

Just got here myself. :p
The cable dude was here checking to see why my connection
keeps going down.
Anyway ...those voltages look OK .. not optimum for maximum
OCing but as long as they are within plus or minus 5% you should
be alright. Actually, the ATX standard allows brief drops
as much as 10% on the +12v rail. Though I'd try to keep
them in the upper end.
Oh, one more thing ... try using a Multimeter if you have one
as the software programs are often a bit off.
Hope that helps, and good luck. :)

hell if worse comes the worse ill just take off 1 hd.
Now if I get the R420 or N40 when they come out and still stay at 3.5ghz will it be a problem with my setup?
Dont forget ill be using the 430 truepower
