What is the max temp on pentium 2's and 3's without causing any harm?

Man the max temp for my Celeron 2 600 cC0 SL4PB is 90C, that's 194F !!
I'd shut her down WAY before it got that high. And you know Intel is being conservative in these specs so as to avoid warranty issues.
