I was pondering[as I always do] and I thought if I o/c my celeron 667mhz through the BIOS to a level where it doesn't even post ...how will I change the settings?
Most Abit boards allow you to reboot while holding down the insert key- this loads default values into the bios for just such occasions.

CMOS is a type of semi-conductor located on the mobo. This controls the date, time, and allow you to go to your system setup parameters called BIOS. BIOS is in the the CMOS. In order to reset the BIOS setting, do as what Tim said.
or, find the jumper for resetting the CMOS which is located on the mobo.
