the pic sez it all, and this is with air cooling. it wouldn't finish a 3dmark, but I will work on that.
The room temp is about 76f, and the mobo/cpu is 30/28c respectively, maybe a little more volts will stabilise it. right now it's at 1.85v

I usually recomend a limit of 1.9v but 1.95v and 2v are usually pretty safe as long as you have good cooling
